What to do When Sending Your Parts

For a cost effective service we advise that you do the following:

Degrease and clean off as much grease or dirt as possible
Remove any silicons and gasket material
Remove any paint on the part (vapour blasting will remove some paint but it is not a paint stripping process)
Carry out any machine work prior to vapour blasting to reduce contamination from machining processes.

How should parts be packaged ?

Fragile parts like cylinder heads and cylinders should be double boxed with plenty of padding to avoid being damaged in transit
Wrap parts individually
Ensure to use track and trace on your item whilst in transit to locate parts in lost by courier
Include an itemised list of the goods sent in the shipment - retain a copy of this for your own records.
